Refund & Return Policy
At Hardstyle Energy, all products are made to order specifically for each customer.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product is defective
- The product is damaged during shipping
- There is a printing error
- The product received is different from the one ordered
Any claim must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- A free replacement product, or
- A full refund
To process your request, we may ask for photos of the product and its packaging.
Made-to-Order Products
All items sold on our store are made to order.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences regarding the product
